birds The bird slain, and the live bird, dipped in blood and released, present the two aspects of salvation in Romans 4:25 "delivered for our offences, and raised again for our justification."
vessel The earthen vessel typifies the humanity of Christ, as the running water typifies the Holy Spirit as the "Spirit of life" Romans 8:2 "put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit." 1 Peter 3:18
