Ecclesiastes 12
Remember 2 before the evil days come, and the years draw near, 2 when you will say, “ I have no pleasure in them;” 1
Before 2 and the clouds return after the rain; 1
in 2 and the strong men shall bow themselves, 2 and the grinders cease because they are few, 2 and those who look out of the windows are darkened, 1
and 2 when the sound of the grinding is low, 2 and one shall rise up at the voice of a bird, 2 and all the daughters of music shall be brought low; 1
yes 2 and terrors will be on the way; 2 and the almond tree shall blossom, 2 and the grasshopper shall be a burden, 2 and desire shall fail; 2 because man goes to his everlasting home, 2 and the mourners go about the streets; 1
before 2 or the golden bowl is broken, 2 or the pitcher is broken at the spring, 2 or the wheel broken at the cistern, 1
and 2 and the spirit returns to God who gave it. 2
