Proverbs 30

2“ Surely 2 and don’t have a man’s understanding. 1
3I 2 neither do I have the knowledge of the Holy One. 1
4Who 2 Who has gathered the wind in his fists? 2 Who has bound the waters in his garment? 2 Who has established all the ends of the earth? 2 What is his name, and what is his son’s name, if you know? 1
5“ Every 2 He is a shield to those who take refuge in him. 1
6Don’t you 2 lest he reprove you, and you be found a liar. 1
7“ Two 2 Don’t deny me before I die. 1
8Remove 2 Give me neither poverty nor riches. 2 Feed me with the food that is needful for me, 1
9lest 2 or lest I be poor, and steal, 2 and so dishonour the name of my God. 1
10“Don’t slander 2 lest he curse you, and you be held guilty. 1
11There is 2 and doesn’t bless their mother. 1
12There is 2 yet are not washed from their filthiness. 1
13There is 2 Their eyelids are lifted up. 1
14There is 2 and their jaws like knives, 2 to devour the poor from the earth, and the needy from amongst men. 1

19The 2 the way of a serpent on a rock, 2 the way of a ship in the middle of the sea, 2 and the way of a man with a maiden. 1
