ถ้า​ต่อ​มา​เขา​ลุก​ขึ้น​และ​ใช้​ไม้เท้า​เดิน​ไป​มา​ได้ คน​ที่​ตี​เขา​ไม่​ต้อง​รับ​โทษ​เพราะ​การ​ตี​ครั้ง​นั้น เพียง​แต่​ต้อง​ชดใช้​เวลา​ที่​เสีย​งาน​และ​ค่า​รักษา​จน​เขา​หาย​ดี
