แต่​ถ้า​วัว​ตัว​นั้น​เคย​มี​นิสัย​ขวิด​คน​มา​ก่อน และ​มี​คน​เตือน​เจ้าของ​แล้ว​แต่​เขา​ไม่​กัก​มัน​ไว้ จน​มัน​ฆ่า​ผู้ชาย​หรือ​ผู้หญิง วัว​นั้น​ต้อง​ถูก​เอา​หิน​ขว้าง​ให้​ตาย และ​เจ้าของ​ก็​ต้อง​ถูก​ประหาร​ด้วย
