พวก​เจ้า​ต้อง​วัด​พื้นที่​นอก​เมือง ด้าน​ตะวัน​ออก 2,000 ศอก ด้าน​ใต้ 2,000 ศอก ด้าน​ตะวัน​ตก 2,000 ศอก และ​ด้าน​เหนือ 2,000 ศอก โดย​ให้​เมือง​อยู่​ตรง​กลาง นี่​จะ​เป็น​ทุ่ง​หญ้า​รอบ​เมือง​ของ​พวก​เขา
