2He 1 “ I called because of my affliction to the LORD. 2 He answered me. 1 Out of the belly of Sheol + 2:2 Sheol is the place of the dead. I cried. 2 You heard my voice. 1

3For 2 in the heart of the seas. 1 The flood was all around me. 2 All your waves and your billows passed over me. 1

4I 2 yet I will look again toward your holy temple.’ 1

5The 2 even to the soul. 1 The deep was around me. 2 The weeds were wrapped around my head. 1

6I 2 The earth barred me in forever; 2 yet you have brought my life up from the pit, LORD my God. 1

7“ When 2 My prayer came in to you, into your holy temple. 1

8Those 2

9But 2 I will pay that which I have vowed. 1 Salvation belongs to the LORD.”
