Amos 2
1The 1 “ For three transgressions of Moab, yes, for four, 2 I will not turn away its punishment, 2 because he burned the bones of the king of Edom into lime; 1
2but 2 and it will devour the palaces of Kerioth; 2 and Moab will die with tumult, with shouting, and with the sound of the shofar; 1
3and 2 and will kill all its princes with him,” says the LORD.
4The 1 “ For three transgressions of Judah, yes, for four, 2 I will not turn away its punishment, 2 because they have rejected the LORD’s law, 2 and have not kept his statutes, 2 and their lies have led them astray, 2 after which their fathers walked; 1
5but I 2 and it will devour the palaces of Jerusalem.”

13Behold הִנֵּה”, means look at, take notice, observe, see, or gaze at. It is often used as an interjection. I 2 as a cart crushes that is full of grain. 1
14Flight 2 The strong won’t strengthen his force. 2 The mighty won’t deliver himself. 1
15He 2 He who is swift of foot won’t escape. 2 He who rides the horse won’t deliver himself. 1
16He 2 will flee away naked on that day,” says the LORD.
