Proverbs 30
The 1 the man says to Ithiel, 2 to Ithiel and Ucal: 1
“ Surely 2 and don’t have a man’s understanding. 1
I 2 neither do I have the knowledge of the Holy One. 1
Who 2 Who has gathered the wind in his fists? 2 Who has bound the waters in his garment? 2 Who has established all the ends of the earth? 2 What is his name, and what is his son’s name, if you know? 1
“ Every 2 He is a shield to those who take refuge in him. 1
Don’t you 2 lest he reprove you, and you be found a liar. 1
“ Two 2 Don’t deny me before I die. 1
Remove 2 Give me neither poverty nor riches. 2 Feed me with the food that is needful for me, 1
lest 2 or lest I be poor, and steal, 2 and so dishonor the name of my God. 1
“Don’t slander 2 lest he curse you, and you be held guilty. 1
There is 2 and doesn’t bless their mother. 1
There is 2 yet are not washed from their filthiness. 1
There is 2 Their eyelids are lifted up. 1
There is 2 and their jaws like knives, 2 to devour the poor from the earth, and the needy from among men. 1
“ The 2 ‘ Give, give.’ 1 “There are three things that are never satisfied; 2 four that don’t say, ‘ Enough!’: 2
Sheol 2 the barren womb, 2 the earth that is not satisfied with water, 2 and the fire that doesn’t say, ‘ Enough!’ 1
“ The 2 and scorns obedience to his mother, 2 the ravens of the valley shall pick it out, 2 the young eagles shall eat it. 1
“ There 2 four which I don’t understand: 2
The 2 the way of a serpent on a rock, 2 the way of a ship in the middle of the sea, 2 and the way of a man with a maiden. 1
“ So 2 She eats and wipes her mouth, 2 and says, ‘ I have done nothing wrong.’ 1
“ For 2 and under four, it can’t bear up: 2
For 2 a fool when he is filled with food, 2
for 2 and a servant who is heir to her mistress. 1
“ There 2 but they are exceedingly wise: 2
The 2 yet they provide their food in the summer. 2
The 2 yet make they their houses in the rocks. 2
The 2 yet they advance in ranks. 2
You 2 yet it is in kings’ palaces. 1
“ There 2 four which are stately in going: 2
The 2 and doesn’t turn away for any; 2
the 2 the male goat; 2 and the king against whom there is no rising up. 1
“If you 2 or if you have thought evil, 1 put your hand over your mouth. 2
For 2 and the wringing of the nose produces blood, 2 so the forcing of wrath produces strife.”
