Jeremias 49:9

If grape gatherers came to you, “Se colhedores de uvas viessem a você,” would they not leave some gleaning grapes? “não deixariam alguns rabiscos?” If thieves came by night, “Se ladrões viessem de noite,” wouldn’t they steal until they had enough? “não roubariam apenas até se fartarem?”

10But I have made Esau bare, “Mas eu despojei a Esaú,” I have uncovered his secret places, “descobri os seus esconderijos,” and he will not be able to hide himself. “e ele não poderá se esconder.” His offspring is destroyed, “A sua descendência está destruída,” with his brothers and his neighbors; “com os seus irmãos e os seus vizinhos;” and he is no more. “e ele já não existe.”
