Song of Solomon 2
I am a 1 A lily of the valleys. 1
As 1 So is my love among the daughters. 1
As 1 So is my beloved among the sons. 1 I sat down under his shadow with great delight, 1 And his fruit was sweet to my taste. 1
He 1 And his banner over me was love. 1
Stay 1 For I am sick from love. 1
His 1 And his right hand doth embrace me. 1
I 1 By the roes, or by the hinds of the field, 1 That ye stir not up, nor awake my love, 1 Until he please. 1
The 1 Leaping upon the mountains, 1 Skipping upon the hills. 1
My 1 Behold, he standeth behind our wall; 1 He looketh in at the windows; 1 He glanceth through the lattice. 1
My 1 Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away. 1
For 1 The rain is over and gone; 1
The 1 The time of the singing of birds is come, 1 And the voice of the turtledove is heard in our land; 1
The 1 And the vines are in blossom; 1 They give forth their fragrance. 1 Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away. 1
O 1 In the covert of the steep place, 1 Let me see thy countenance, 1 Let me hear thy voice; 1 For sweet is thy voice, and thy countenance is comely. 1
Take 1 That spoil the vineyards; 1 For our vineyards are in blossom. 1
My 1 He feedeth his flock among the lilies. 1
Until 1 Turn, my beloved, and be thou like a roe or a young hart 1 Upon the mountains of Bether.
