1Sing aloud to 2 Make a joyful shout to the God of Jacob! 1
2Raise 2 the pleasant lyre with the harp. 1
3Blow the 2 at the full moon, on our feast day. 1
4For 2 an ordinance of the God of Jacob. 1
5He 2 when he went out over the land of Egypt, 2 I heard a language that I didn’t know. 1
6“ I 2 His hands were freed from the basket. 1
7You 2 I answered you in the secret place of thunder. 2 I tested you at the waters of Meribah.” Selah. 1
8“ Hear 2 Israel, if you would listen to me! 1
9There shall 2 neither shall you worship any foreign god. 1
10I 2 who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. 2 Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it. 1
11But 2 Israel desired none of me. 1
12So 2 that they might walk in their own counsels. 1
13Oh that 2 that Israel would walk in my ways! 1
14I 2 and turn my hand against their adversaries. 1
15The 2 and their punishment would last forever. 1
16But 2 I will satisfy you with honey out of the rock.”
