Psalms 3

1LORD 2 Many are those who rise up against me. 1

2Many 2 “ There is no help for him in God.” + 3:2 The Hebrew word rendered “God” is “ אֱלֹהִ֑ים” (Elohim). Selah. 1

3But 2 my glory, and the one who lifts up my head. 1

4I 2 and he answers me out of his holy hill. Selah. 1

5I 2 I awakened, for the LORD sustains me. 1

6I 2 who have set themselves against me on every side. 1

7Arise, LORD 2 Save me, my God! 1 For you have struck all of my enemies on the cheek bone. 2 You have broken the teeth of the wicked. 1

8Salvation 2 May your blessing be on your people. Selah.
