Psalms 143

Hear 2 Listen to my petitions. 2 In your faithfulness and righteousness, relieve me. 1

Don’t enter into 2 for in your sight no man living is righteous. 1

For 2 He has struck my life down to the ground. 2 He has made me live in dark places, as those who have been long dead. 1

Therefore 2 My heart within me is desolate. 1

I 2 I meditate on all your doings. 2 I contemplate the work of your hands. 1

I 2 My soul thirsts for you, like a parched land. Selah. 1

Hurry to 2 My spirit fails. 1 Don’t hide your face from me, 2 so that I don’t become like those who go down into the pit. 1

Cause me 2 for I trust in you. 1 Cause me to know the way in which I should walk, 2 for I lift up my soul to you. 1

Deliver 2 I flee to you to hide me. 1

Teach 2 for you are my God. 1 Your Spirit is good. 2 Lead me in the land of uprightness. 1

Revive 2 In your righteousness, bring my soul out of trouble. 1

In 2 and destroy all those who afflict my soul, 2 for I am your servant.
