Psalms 17
Hear 2 Give ear to my prayer that doesn’t go out of deceitful lips. 1
Let my 2 Let your eyes look on equity. 1
You 2 You have visited me in the night. 2 You have tried me, and found nothing. 2 I have resolved that my mouth shall not disobey. 1
As 2 I have kept myself from the ways of the violent. 1
My 2 My feet have not slipped. 1
I 2 Turn your ear to me. 2 Hear my speech. 1
Show 2 you who save those who take refuge by your right hand from their enemies. 1
Keep 2 Hide me under the shadow of your wings, 1
from 2 my deadly enemies, who surround me. 1
They 2 With their mouth they speak proudly. 1
They 2 They set their eyes to cast us down to the earth. 1
He 2 as it were a young lion lurking in secret places. 1
Arise 2 Cast him down. 1 Deliver my soul from the wicked by your sword, 2
from 2 from men of the world, whose portion is in this life. 1 You fill the belly of your cherished ones. 2 Your sons have plenty, 2 and they store up wealth for their children. 1
As 2 I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with seeing your form.
