Isaiah 35
1The 2 The desert will rejoice and blossom like a rose. 1
2It 2 and rejoice even with joy and singing. 2 Lebanon’s glory will be given to it, 2 the excellence of Carmel and Sharon. 2 They will see the LORD’s glory, 2 the excellence of our God. 1
3Strengthen 2 and make the feeble knees firm. 1
4Tell those 2 Don’t be afraid! 1 Behold, your God will come with vengeance, God’s retribution. 2 He will come and save you. 1
5Then 2 and the ears of the deaf will be unstopped. 1
6Then 2 and the tongue of the mute will sing; 2 for waters will break out in the wilderness, 2 and streams in the desert. 1
7The 2 and the thirsty ground springs of water. 2 Grass with reeds and rushes will be in the habitation of jackals, where they lay. 1
8A 2 and it will be called “ The Holy Way”. 1 The unclean shall not pass over it, 2 but it will be for those who walk in the Way. 2 Wicked fools shall not go there. 1
9No 2 nor will any ravenous animal go up on it. 2 They will not be found there; 2 but the redeemed will walk there. 1
10Then 2 and come with singing to Zion; 2 and everlasting joy will be on their heads. 1 They will obtain gladness and joy, 2 and sorrow and sighing will flee away.”
