Job 13
1Lo 1 Mine ear hath heard and understood it. 1
2What 1 I am not inferior unto you. 2
3Surely 1 And I desire to reason with God. 1
4But 1 Ye are all physicians of no value. 1
5Oh 1 And it would be your wisdom. 1
6Hear 1 And hearken to the pleadings of my lips. 1
7Will ye 1 And talk deceitfully for him? 1
8Will 1 Will ye contend for God? 1
9Is 1 Or as one deceiveth a man, will ye deceive him? 1
10He 1 If ye do secretly show partiality. 1
11Shall 1 And his dread fall upon you? 1
12Your memorable 1 Your defenses are defenses of clay. 2
13Hold your 1 And let come on me what will. 1
14Wherefore 1 And put my life in my hand? 1
15Behold 1 Nevertheless I will maintain my ways before him. 1
16This 1 That a godless man shall not come before him. 1
17Hear 1 And let my declaration be in your ears. 1
18Behold 1 I know that I am righteous. 1
19Who 1 For then would I hold my peace and give up the ghost. 1
20Only do 1 Then will I not hide myself from thy face: 1
21Withdraw 1 And let not thy terror make me afraid. 1
22Then 1 Or let me speak, and answer thou me. 1
23How 1 Make me to know my transgression and my sin. 1
24Wherefore 1 And holdest me for thine enemy? 1
25Wilt thou 1 And wilt thou pursue the dry stubble? 1
26For 1 And makest me to inherit the iniquities of my youth: 1
27Thou 1 And markest all my paths; 1 Thou settest a bound to the soles of my feet: 1
28Though 1 Like a garment that is moth-eaten.
