2Who 1 By words without knowledge? 1
3Gird up now 1 For I will demand of thee, and declare thou unto me. 1
4Where wast thou 1 Declare, if thou hast understanding. 1
5Who 1 Or who stretched the line upon it? 1
6Whereupon were 1 Or who laid the cornerstone thereof, 1
7When 1 And all the sons of God shouted for joy? 1
8Or 1 When it brake forth, as if it had issued out of the womb; 1
9When 1 And thick darkness a swaddling band for it, 1
10And 1 And set bars and doors, 1
11And 1 And here shall thy proud waves be stayed? 1
12Hast 1 And caused the dayspring to know its place; 1
13That 1 And the wicked be shaken out of it? 1
14It 1 And all things stand forth as a garment: 1
15And 1 And the high arm is broken. 1
16Hast thou 1 Or hast thou walked in the recesses of the deep? 1
17Have 1 Or hast thou seen the gates of the shadow of death? 1
18Hast 1 Declare, if thou knowest it all. 2
19Where 1 And as for darkness, where is the place thereof, 1
20That 1 And that thou shouldest discern the paths to the house thereof? 1
21Doubtless, thou 1 And the number of thy days is great! 1
22Hast thou 1 Or hast thou seen the treasures of the hail, 1
23Which 1 Against the day of battle and war? 1
24By 1 Or the east wind scattered upon the earth? 1
25Who 1 Or the way for the lightning of the thunder; 1
26To 1 On the wilderness, wherein there is no man; 1
27To 1 And to cause the tender grass to spring forth? 1
28Hath 1 Or who hath begotten the drops of dew? 1
29Out 1 And the hoary frost of heaven, who hath gendered it? 1
30The 1 And the face of the deep is frozen. 2
31Canst thou bind 1 Or loose the bands of Orion? 1
32Canst thou lead 1 Or canst thou guide the Bear with her train? 1
33Knowest 1 Canst thou establish the dominion thereof in the earth? 1
34Canst thou lift 1 That abundance of waters may cover thee? 1
35Canst thou 1 And say unto thee, Here we are? 1
36Who 1 Or who hath given understanding to the mind? 1
37Who 1 Or who can pour out the bottles of heaven, 1
38When the 1 And the clods cleave fast together? 2
39Canst thou hunt 1 Or satisfy the appetite of the young lions, 1
40When 1 And abide in the covert to lie in wait? 1
41Who 1 When his young ones cry unto God, 1 And wander for lack of food?
