Job 14

Man 1 Is of few days, and full of trouble. 1

He 1 He fleeth also as a shadow, and continueth not. 1

And 1 And bringest me into judgment with thee? 1

Who 1

Seeing his 1 The number of his months is with thee, 1 And thou hast appointed his bounds that he cannot pass; 1

Look 1 Till he shall accomplish, as a hireling, his day. 1

For 1 If it be cut down, that it will sprout again, 1 And that the tender branch thereof will not cease. 1

Though the 1 And the stock thereof die in the ground; 1

Yet through 1 And put forth boughs like a plant. 1

But 1 Yea, man giveth up the ghost, and where is he? 1

As the 1 And the river wasteth and drieth up; 1

So 1 Till the heavens be no more, they shall not awake, 1 Nor be roused out of their sleep. 2

Oh 1 That thou wouldest keep me secret, until thy wrath be past, 1 That thou wouldest appoint me a set time, and remember me! 1

If a 1 All the days of my warfare would I wait, 1 Till my release should come. 1

Thou 1 Thou wouldest have a desire to the work of thy hands. 1

But 1 Dost thou not watch over my sin? 1

My 1 And thou fastenest up mine iniquity. 1

But the 1 And the rock is removed out of its place; 1

The 1 The overflowings thereof wash away the dust of the earth: 1 So thou destroyest the hope of man. 1

Thou 1 Thou changest his countenance, and sendest him away. 1

His 1 And they are brought low, but he perceiveth it not of them. 1

But 1 And his soul within him mourneth.
