Psalms 144
1Blessed 1 Who teacheth my hands to war, 1 And my fingers to fight: 1
2My 1 My high tower, and my deliverer; 1 My shield, and he in whom I take refuge; 1 Who subdueth my people under me. 1
3Jehovah 1 Or the son of man, that thou makest account of him? 1
4Man 1 His days are as a shadow that passeth away. 1
5Bow 1 Touch the mountains, and they shall smoke. 1
6Cast 1 Send out thine arrows, and discomfit them. 1
7Stretch 1 Rescue me, and deliver me out of great waters, 1 Out of the hand of aliens; 1
8Whose mouth 1 And whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood. 1
9I 1 Upon a psaltery of ten strings will I sing praises unto thee. 1
10Thou 1 Who rescueth David his servant from the hurtful sword. 1
11Rescue 1 Whose mouth speaketh deceit, 1 And whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood. 1
12When 1 And our daughters as cornerstones hewn after the fashion of a palace; 1
13When our garners 1 And our sheep bring forth thousands and ten thousands in our fields; 1
14When our 1 When there is no breaking in, and no going forth, 1 And no outcry in our streets: 1
15Happy is 1 Yea, happy is the people whose God is Jehovah.
