Psalms 83

1O 1 Hold not thy peace, and be not still, O God. 1

2For 1 And they that hate thee have lifted up the head. 1

3They 1 And consult together against thy hidden ones. 1

4They 1 That the name of Israel may be no more in remembrance. 1

5For 1 Against thee do they make a covenant: 1

6The 1 Moab, and the Hagrites; 1

7Gebal, and 1 Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre: 1

8Assyria also is 1 They have helped the children of Lot. Selah 1

9Do thou 1 As to Sisera, as to Jabin, at the river Kishon; 1

10Who 1 Who became as dung for the earth. 1

11Make their 1 Yea, all their princes like Zebah and Zalmunna; 1

12Who 1 The habitations of God. 1

13O 1 As stubble before the wind. 1

14As 1 And as the flame that setteth the mountains on fire, 1

15So pursue them 1 And terrify them with thy storm. 1

16Fill their 1 That they may seek thy name, O Jehovah. 1

17Let them 1 Yea, let them be confounded and perish; 1

18That 1 Art the Most High over all the earth.
