Psalms 39
I said, I will take heed to 1 That I sin not with my tongue: 1 I will keep my mouth with a bridle, 1 While the wicked is before me. 1
I 1 And my sorrow was stirred. 1
My heart was 1 While I was musing the fire burned; 1 Then spake I with my tongue: 1
Jehovah 1 And the measure of my days, what it is; 1 Let me know how frail I am. 1
Behold, thou 1 And my lifetime is as nothing before thee: 1 Surely every man at his best estate is altogether vanity. Selah 1
Surely 1 Surely they are disquieted in vain: 1 He heapeth up riches, and knoweth not who shall gather them. 1
And 1 My hope is in thee. 1
Deliver me 1 Make me not the reproach of the foolish. 1
I 1 Because thou didst it. 1
Remove 1 I am consumed by the blow of thy hand. 1
When 1 Thou makest his beauty to consume away like a moth: 1 Surely every man is vanity. Selah 1
Hear my 1 Hold not thy peace at my tears: 1 For I am a stranger with thee, 1 A sojourner, as all my fathers were. 1
Oh spare me 1 Before I go hence, and be no more.
