Psalms 35
Strive 1 Fight thou against them that fight against me. 1
Take 1 And stand up for my help. 1
Draw 1 Say unto my soul, I am thy salvation. 1
Let 1 Let them be turned back and confounded that devise my hurt. 1
Let 1 And the angel of Jehovah driving them on. 1
Let 1 And the angel of Jehovah pursuing them. 1
For 1 Without cause have they dug a pit for my soul. 1
Let 1 And let his net that he hath hidden catch himself: 1 With destruction let him fall therein. 1
And 1 It shall rejoice in his salvation. 1
All 1 Who deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, 1 Yea, the poor and the needy from him that robbeth him? 1
Unrighteous 1 They ask me of things that I know not. 1
They 1 To the bereaving of my soul. 1
But 1 I afflicted my soul with fasting; 1 And my prayer returned into mine own bosom. 1
I 1 I bowed down mourning, as one that bewaileth his mother. 1
But 1 The abjects gathered themselves together against me, and I knew it not; 1 They did tear me, and ceased not: 1
Like 1 They gnashed upon me with their teeth. 1
Lord, how 1 Rescue my soul from their destructions, 1 My darling from the lions. 1
I 1 I will praise thee among much people. 1
Let 1 Neither let them wink with the eye that hate me without a cause. 1
For 1 But they devise deceitful words against them that are quiet in the land. 1
Yea, they 1 They said, Aha, aha, our eye hath seen it. 1
Thou 1 O Lord, be not far from me. 1
Stir 1 Even unto my cause, my God and my Lord. 1
Judge 1 And let them not rejoice over me. 1
Let 1 Let them not say, We have swallowed him up. 1
Let 1 Let them be clothed with shame and dishonor that magnify themselves against me. 1
Let 1 Yea, let them say continually, Jehovah be magnified, 1 Who hath pleasure in the prosperity of his servant. 1
And 1 And of thy praise all the day long.
