Proverbs 12
1Whoso loveth correction 1 But he that hateth reproof is brutish. 1
2A 1 But a man of wicked devices will he condemn. 1
3A 1 But the root of the righteous shall not be moved. 1
4A 1 But she that maketh ashamed is as rottenness in his bones. 1
5The 1 But the counsels of the wicked are deceit. 1
6The 1 But the mouth of the upright shall deliver them. 1
7The 1 But the house of the righteous shall stand. 1
8A 1 But he that is of a perverse heart shall be despised. 1
9Better 1 Than he that honoreth himself, and lacketh bread. 1
10A 1 But the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel. 1
11He 1 But he that followeth after vain persons is void of understanding. 1
12The 1 But the root of the righteous yieldeth fruit. 1
13In 1 But the righteous shall come out of trouble. 1
14A 1 And the doings of a man’s hands shall be rendered unto him. 1
15The 1 But he that is wise hearkeneth unto counsel. 1
16A 1 But a prudent man concealeth shame. 1
17He that 1 But a false witness, deceit. 1
18There 1 But the tongue of the wise is health. 1
19The 1 But a lying tongue is but for a moment. 1
20Deceit 1 But to the counselors of peace is joy. 1
21There 1 But the wicked shall be filled with evil. 1
22Lying 1 But they that deal truly are his delight. 1
23A 1 But the heart of fools proclaimeth foolishness. 1
24The 1 But the slothful shall be put under taskwork. 1
25Heaviness 1 But a good word maketh it glad. 1
26The 1 But the way of the wicked causeth them to err. 1
27The 1 But the precious substance of men is to the diligent. 1
28In 1 And in the pathway thereof there is no death.
