Proverbs 19
1Better 1 Than he that is perverse in his lips and is a fool. 1
2Also 1 And he that hasteth with his feet sinneth. 1
3The 1 And his heart fretteth against Jehovah. 1
4Wealth 1 But the poor is separated from his friend. 1
5A 1 And he that uttereth lies shall not escape. 1
6Many 1 And every man is a friend to him that giveth gifts. 1
7All 1 How much more do his friends go far from him! 1 He pursueth them with words, but they are gone. 1
8He 1 He that keepeth understanding shall find good. 1
9A 1 And he that uttereth lies shall perish. 1
10Delicate 1 Much less for a servant to have rule over princes. 1
11The 1 And it is his glory to pass over a transgression. 1
12The 1 But his favor is as dew upon the grass. 1
13A 1 And the contentions of a wife are a continual dropping. 1
14House 1 But a prudent wife is from Jehovah. 1
15Slothfulness 1 And the idle soul shall suffer hunger. 1
16He 1 But he that is careless of his ways shall die. 1
17He 1 And his good deed will he pay him again. 1
18Chasten 1 And set not thy heart on his destruction. 1
19A 1 For if thou deliver him, thou must do it yet again. 1
20Hear 1 That thou mayest be wise in thy latter end. 1
21There 1 But the counsel of Jehovah, that shall stand. 1
22That 1 And a poor man is better than a liar. 1
23The 1 And he that hath it shall abide satisfied; 1 He shall not be visited with evil. 1
24The 1 And will not so much as bring it to his mouth again. 1
25Smite 1 And reprove one that hath understanding, and he will understand knowledge. 1
26He 1 Is a son that causeth shame and bringeth reproach. 1
27Cease 1 Only to err from the words of knowledge. 1
28A 1 And the mouth of the wicked swalloweth iniquity. 1
29Judgments 1 And stripes for the back of fools.
