Proverbs 20
1Wine 1 And whosoever erreth thereby is not wise. 1
2The 1 He that provoketh him to anger sinneth against his own life. 1
3It 1 But every fool will be quarreling. 1
4The 1 Therefore he shall beg in harvest, and have nothing. 1
5Counsel 1 But a man of understanding will draw it out. 1
6Most 1 But a faithful man who can find? 1
7A 1 Blessed are his children after him. 1
8A 1 Scattereth away all evil with his eyes. 1
9Who 1 I am pure from my sin? 1
10Diverse weights, and 1 Both of them alike are an abomination to Jehovah. 1
11Even 1 Whether his work be pure, and whether it be right. 1
12The 1 Jehovah hath made even both of them. 1
13Love not 1 Open thine eyes, and thou shalt be satisfied with bread. 1
14It 1 But when he is gone his way, then he boasteth. 1
15There 1 But the lips of knowledge are a precious jewel. 1
16Take 1 And hold him in pledge that is surety for foreigners. 1
17Bread 1 But afterward his mouth shall be filled with gravel. 1
18Every 1 And by wise guidance make thou war. 1
19He 1 Therefore company not with him that openeth wide his lips. 1
20Whoso curseth 1 His lamp shall be put out in blackness of darkness. 1
21An 1 But the end thereof shall not be blessed. 1
22Say not 1 Wait for Jehovah, and he will save thee. 1
23Diverse weights are 1 And a false balance is not good. 1
24A 1 How then can man understand his way? 1
25It is a 1 And after vows to make inquiry. 1
26A 1 And bringeth the threshing wheel over them. 1
27The 1 Searching all his innermost parts. 1
28Kindness 1 And his throne is upholden by kindness. 1
29The 1 And the beauty of old men is the hoary head. 1
30Stripes 1 And strokes reach the innermost parts.
