Proverbs 16
1The 1 But the answer of the tongue is from Jehovah. 1
2All 1 But Jehovah weigheth the spirits. 1
3Commit 1 And thy purposes shall be established. 1
4Jehovah 1 Yea, even the wicked for the day of evil. 1
5Everyone 1 Though hand join in hand, he shall not be unpunished. 1
6By 1 And by the fear of Jehovah men depart from evil. 1
7When 1 He maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him. 1
8Better 1 Than great revenues with injustice. 1
9A 1 But Jehovah directeth his steps. 1
10A 1 His mouth shall not transgress in judgment. 1
11A 1 All the weights of the bag are his work. 1
12It 1 For the throne is established by righteousness. 1
13Righteous 1 And they love him that speaketh right. 1
14The 1 But a wise man will pacify it. 1
15In 1 And his favor is as a cloud of the latter rain. 1
16How 1 Yea, to get understanding is rather to be chosen than silver. 1
17The 1 He that keepeth his way preserveth his soul. 1
18Pride 1 And a haughty spirit before a fall. 1
19Better 1 Than to divide the spoil with the proud. 1
20He 1 And whoso trusteth in Jehovah, happy is he. 1
21The 1 And the sweetness of the lips increaseth learning. 1
22Understanding 1 But the correction of fools is their folly. 1
23The 1 And addeth learning to his lips. 1
24Pleasant 1 Sweet to the soul, and health to the bones. 1
25There 1 But the end thereof are the ways of death. 1
26The 1 For his mouth urgeth him thereto. 1
27A 1 And in his lips there is as a scorching fire. 1
28A 1 And a whisperer separateth chief friends. 1
29A 1 And leadeth him in a way that is not good. 1
30He 1 He that compresseth his lips bringeth evil to pass. 1
31The 1 It shall be found in the way of righteousness. 1
32He 1 And he that ruleth his spirit, than he that taketh a city. 1
33The 1 But the whole disposing thereof is of Jehovah.
