Psalms 25
1(א) Unto thee, O Lord, do I lift up my soul. 1
2O my God, (ב) I trust in thee: let me not be ashamed, 1 Let not mine enemies triumph over me. 1
3(ג) Yea, let none that wait on thee be ashamed: 1 Let them be ashamed which transgress without cause. 1
4(ד) Shew me thy ways, O Lord; Teach me thy paths. 1
5(ה) Lead me in thy truth, and teach me: 1 For thou art the God of my salvation; 1 On thee do I wait all the day. 1
6(ז) Remember, O Lord, thy tender mercies and thy lovingkindnesses; 1 For they have been ever of old. 1
7(ח) Remember not the sins of my youth, nor my transgressions: 1 According to thy mercy remember thou me 1 For thy goodness’ sake, O Lord. 1
8(ט) Good and upright is the Lord: 1 Therefore will he teach sinners in the way. 1
9(י) The meek will he guide in judgment: 1 And the meek will he teach his way. 1
10(כ) All the paths of the Lord are mercy and truth 1 Unto such as keep his covenant and his testimonies. 1
11(ל) For thy name’s sake, O Lord, 1 Pardon mine iniquity; for it is great. 1
12(מ) What man is he that feareth the Lord? 1 Him shall he teach in the way that he shall choose. 1
13(נ) His soul shall dwell at ease; 1 And his seed shall inherit the earth. 1
14(ס) The secret of the Lord is with them that fear him; 1 And he will shew them his covenant. 1
15(ע) Mine eyes are ever towards the Lord; 1 For he shall pluck my feet out of the net. 1
16(פ) Turn thee unto me, and have mercy upon me; 1 For I am desolate and afflicted. 1
17(צ) The troubles of my heart are enlarged: 1 O bring thou me out of my distresses. 1
18(ר) Look upon mine affliction and my pain; 1 And forgive all my sins. 1
19(ר) Consider mine enemies; for they are many; 1 And they hate me with cruel hatred. 1
20(ש) O keep my soul, and deliver me: 1 Let me not be ashamed; for I put my trust in thee. 1
21(ת) Let integrity and uprightness preserve me; 1 For I wait on thee. 1
22(פ) Redeem Israel, O God, out of all his troubles.
