Psalms 113

1Praise ye Hashem. 1 Praise O ye avadim of Hashem, 1 praise the Shem of Hashem. 1

2Blessed be the Shem of Hashem 1 from this time forth and forevermore. 1

3From the rising of the shemesh unto the going down of the same 1 the Shem of Hashem is to be praised. 1

4Hashem is high above kol Goyim, 1 and His kavod above HaShomayim. 1

5Who is like unto Hashem Eloheinu, 1 Who dwelleth on high, 1

6Who stoopeth down to behold the things 1 that are in Shomayim, and in ha'aretz! 1

7He raiseth up the poor out of the aphar (dust), 1 and lifteth the needy out of the ash heap; 1

8That he may seat him with princes, 1 even with the princes of amo (His people). 1

9He settleth the akeret (barren woman) in her bais 1 to be a happy em of banim. 1 Praise ye Hashem.
