Psalms 130

(Shir HaMa'alot) 1

Adonoi, hear my voice; 1 let Thine ears be attentive 1 to the voice of my techinnot (supplications). 1

If Thou, Hashem, shouldest record iniquities, 1 Adonoi, who could stand? 1

But there is selichah (forgiveness) with Thee; 1 therefore, Thou art feared. 1

I wait for Hashem, 1 my nefesh doth wait, 1 and in His Devar do I hope. 1

My nefesh waiteth for Adonoi 1 more than the shomrim that watch for the boker; 1 I say, more than the shomrim that watch for the boker. 1

Let Yisroel hope in Hashem; 1 for with Hashem there is chesed, 1 and with Him is plenteous pedut (redemption). 1

And He shall redeem Yisroel from all his iniquities.
