Psalms 43

1Vindicate me, O Elohim, 1 and plead my cause against a nation lo chasid; 1 O deliver me from the ish mirmah v'avlah 1 (deceitful and unjust man). 1

2For Thou art the Elohei Ma'oz of me. 1 Why dost Thou cast me off? 1 Why must I go mourning 1 because of the oppression of the oyev? 1

3O send out Thy Ohr and Thy Emes; 1 let them guide me; 1 let them bring me unto Thy Har Kodesh, 1 and to Thy Mishkan. 1

4Then will I go unto the Mizbe'ach of Elohim, 1 unto El my exceeding joy; 1 yea, upon the kinnor will I praise Thee, 1 O Elohim Elohai. 1

5Why art thou cast down, O my nefesh? 1 And why art thou disquieted within me? 1 Hope in Elohim; for I shall yet praise Him, 1 Who is the Yeshu'ot of my countenance, and Elohai.
