Psalms 121

1(Shir HaMa'alot) 1 from whence cometh ezri (my help). 1

2Ezri (my help) cometh from Hashem, 1 Oseh Shomayim va'Aretz. 1

3He will not allow thy regel to slip; 1 He that is shomer over thee will not slumber. 1

4Hinei, He that is shomer over Yisroel 1 shall neither slumber nor sleep. 1

5Hashem is the One shomer over thee; 1 Hashem is thy shade upon thy right hand. 1

6The shemesh shall not strike thee by day, 1 nor the yarei'ach by night. 1

7Hashem shall preserve thee from kol rah; 1 He shall preserve thy nefesh. 1

8Hashem shall be shomer over thy going out and thy coming in 1 from this time forth, and even v'ad olam.
