Psalms 114

1When Yisroel went out of Mitzrayim, 1 Bais Ya'akov from a people of foreign tongue, 1

2Yehudah was His kodesh (sanctuary), 1 and Yisroel His dominion. 1

3The yam saw it, and fled; 1 Yarden was driven back. 1

4The harim skipped like rams, 1 and the little hills like lambs. 1

5What ailed thee, O thou yam, that thou didst flee? 1 Thou Yarden, that thou wast driven back? 1

6Ye harim, that ye skipped like rams; 1 and ye little hills, like lambs? 1

7Tremble, thou earth, at the presence of Hashem, 1 at the presence of Elohei Ya'akov; 1

8Which turned the rock into a pool of mayim, 1 the flint into a spring of mayim.
